China'S Infrastructure Investment And Sale Of Leather Companies Profit 24 Million 100 Thousand Yuan
China's infrastructure investment (00600-HK) announced that the 50% interest in the sale of PathwayInternational, a company engaged in leather trading, and the 50% interest in the pfer of PathwayInternational to all shareholders of the company at the time of completion, the total cost would be 3 million yuan.
After the completion of the paction, a profit of about 24 million 100 thousand yuan will be generated. After that, PathwayInternational will no longer be the Affiliated Companies of the company. Its liabilities and performance will no longer be consolidated to the company's balance sheet, and its asset liability level will be improved accordingly.
