Dalian Leather Factory Starts Its Own Construction
As a construction unit, Dalian leather factory plans to build economically affordable housing on the west side of Fumin road in the sandy area and the western side of Malan primary school.
The Planning Bureau of Dalian announced the plan of the project yesterday.
The head of the Bureau said that it was built by enterprises for their employees.
It is reported that this is the first self built economic and applicable housing project in our city.
The economically affordable housing project covers an area of 13033 square meters and a square metre of construction area.
Among them, the ground floor area is 38561ZU10 square meters, the underground construction area is 4780 square meters, the floor area ratio is 3, the green space rate is 35%, and the parking space is 102.
Dalian low rent and affordable housing management office official said, the government encourages enterprises to build affordable housing and improve their living conditions.
