Textile Prices Dropped In China's Monitoring Category In Europe Before May Of This Year.
The China Textile Import and Export Chamber recently issued the first phase of the price risk warning for European export monitoring products. It shows that the decline in the export price of European and central export products to China in the first five months of this year will result in an anti-dumping investigation by the European Union on Chinese products.
According to the statistics of China Customs, the export prices of European and central controlled products to EU have declined to varying degrees in the first five months of this year. Among them, the export prices of five, seven and twenty-six categories have dropped considerably, mainly in Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Xinjiang, Fujian and Heilongjiang provinces and cities.
China Textile Import and Export Chamber of Commerce said that some types of export prices declined, in addition to quotas costs, product mix and other factors, the export price of individual enterprises is not high, it is worth noting. At the same time, the chamber of Commerce reminded enterprises that the decline in export prices may lead to anti-dumping investigations by the European Union on Chinese products, which will have an extremely serious impact on the garment industry. At the same time, the textiles import and Export Chamber of Commerce will closely follow the export prices of European exports, and will report to the public on the low price enterprises, and will re examine their European credentials.
The quota restrictions on textiles exported to China ended in December 31st last year. The current export of European textiles is bilateral monitoring measures. That is to say, under the premise of canceling the quantity restriction, the eight textile categories under the memorandum should be included in the bilateral monitoring system. The Chinese side will implement the export license and the European side will implement the automatic import license system. The monitoring time will be from January 1st to the end of this year. At the same time, China implements the qualification of enterprise management. So far, the inspection group of textiles import and export chamber has announced forty batch of enterprises that meet the qualification standards.
