In March 1938, the Japanese invaders occupied the Xinjiang County town and took over the "big benefit" company. In 1945, after the Japanese invaders surrendered, although the manager of the factory wanted to go back to the plant to reopen, but because of the destruction of the Japanese invaders, the factory buildings were damaged and the machine was lost.

The protection work will greatly improve the environment around the spinning mill and repair the existing factory buildings, making it an industrial cultural site.
