China Sewing Machinery Association's industrial economic situation briefing was held in Beijing recently.

At present, enterprises are generally faced with problems such as shortage of funds, underemployment, overstock of products and sluggish market.

From the perspective of demand, the rapid growth of the global population and the upgrading of consumption mean that the development of downstream industries such as textile, clothing, clothing and so on is huge, which means that the potential of sewing machine market is huge.

Vietnam, India, Brazil, Mexico, Pakistan and other world garment production countries are in the ascendant of garment industry. The sewing equipment needed by these countries is mainly from China.

She said that at present, China's manufacturing industry is facing different degrees of difficulty. The government is currently conducting intensive research, hoping that there will be a series of policies and measures to support enterprise development.

Sewing machinery is a high value-added electromechanical product that the State encourages export. Last year, the export tax rebate rate dropped from 13% to 9%, which is obviously unreasonable.

The Sino Russian Federation has been reflecting the situation to the relevant departments through different channels. It has also attracted the attention of the Ministry of Commerce and hopes to be solved.

We also hope that the tight monetary policy currently implemented by the state should not be cut across the board. For enterprises with market, brand and product competitiveness, they should be treated differently and actively supported.

For the current Chinese sewing machinery industry, the biggest crisis hindering its development is not that the production costs of enterprises are greatly increased and profits decline because of various unfavorable factors, but the low cost advantages of the whole industry are weakened, but it is difficult for enterprises to run funds and stop development.

He appealed that sewing machinery as a mechanical and electrical integration product with high technology content needs the correct recognition and recognition of the whole society, giving greater attention and support to the development of the industry.

At the same time, Da Mihiro pointed out that there is still a certain gap between China's sewing machinery industry and the international advanced level in terms of basic application technology, manufacturing process and quality management.
