On the morning of October 18, 2008, the Qingdao soft control (Jiaozhou) research and equipment manufacturing base was officially laid the foundation for the relocation of Qingdao enterprises to the periphery of the city and the development of the first gun.

It is reported that the total investment of the project is 770 million yuan. After completion, it will become the largest intelligent rubber machinery and pressure vessel research and manufacturing base in the country.

It is reported that the base is located in Jiaodong Town, Jiaozhou, with a total area of 720 mu, and is invested and built by the listed company Qingdao university soft control Limited by Share Ltd.

The project is divided into two phases. After completion, it will become the highest level of self material pportation and ingredient laboratory in Asia.
