To help enterprises tide over difficulties, the foreign trade department of the Ministry of Commerce, together with the AQSIQ, the China light industry technology import and Export Chamber of Commerce and other departments, held a press conference on "export footwear quality and safety Practical Handbook" in Guangzhou in November 2nd, and distributed it to enterprises free of charge.
