Xiajin Takes Measures To Actively Support Cotton Related Enterprises
"Implementing the policy of reducing burdens in the county has created a good environment for us to develop, and the development of enterprises has been more vigorous." Recently, after receiving the notice from the county on the suspension of charging for cotton related enterprises, Shi Chuanliang, head of Xiajin new time Cotton Industry Co., Ltd.
Cotton spinning industry is a pillar industry in Xiajin county. Since this year, due to the impact of international and domestic financial situation, some small and medium-sized cotton enterprises in the county have encountered difficulties in production and operation. In order to help enterprises tide over difficulties, the County launched a hundred day service for cotton related enterprises.
The county has specially issued a notice to suspend the charging of cotton related enterprises. Since September 12th this year, all kinds of non tax items such as administrative fees, service charges, membership fees and data charges, which are charged to cotton enterprises, will be suspended for a hundred days. The types of cotton enterprises involved include cotton processing, cotton spinning, cottonseed oil processing, cotton seed breeding and cotton textile processing enterprises throughout the county. In the event, the county Discipline Inspection Commission and the Supervision Bureau will visit the enterprises on an irregular basis to ensure the implementation of the system. According to statistics, more than 240 cotton enterprises will benefit from the whole county.
