China'S Textile Exports Grew By 15% Compared With The Same Period Last Year.
In the first half of October this year, China's textile exports grew by 8.6% over the same period last year, an increase of 15%. In the 46 thousand Textile Enterprises above Designated Size, the average profit margin of 2\3 enterprises is only 0.1%.
Reporters in today's "China Europe supply chain social responsibility summit and China Textile and garment industry social responsibility annual meeting" learned that, in these 46 thousand textile enterprises, those enterprises that have innovative ability, scientific management, and strengthen the implementation of social responsibility effect show a certain ability to resist risks. The profits of these enterprises account for 9.8 of the total profits of the whole industry. Therefore, strengthening the implementation of social responsibility is of great significance for China's textile and garment industry to tide over the current difficulties.
The social responsibility summit was co sponsored by the China Textile Industry Association and the European trade association based in Brussels.
In this summit, with the theme of "cooperation", the two organizations will discuss with the business leaders of China and Europe in the global textile supply chain on further cooperation in implementing bilateral cooperation, adhering to social responsibility and implementing CSC9000T system, and jointly sign the Declaration on supply chain cooperation between China Textile Industry Association and European Trade Association.
