The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation recently announced the adjustment of the tax rebate rate of 3770 commodities and the specific adjustment range.
Reporters yesterday learned from the city's Inland Revenue Department, according to preliminary estimates, the adjustment for Wenzhou, about 40% of the export products, related export enterprises can increase profits by 600 million yuan a year. According to the insiders, raising the export tax rebate rate has not only increased the efficiency of enterprises, but also increased the export confidence of enterprises in the current international economic situation.
This is the third tax rebate rate adjustment since this year. Compared with the previous two times, the scope of the adjustment is wider, wider and faster. Since the beginning of this year, the export of Wenzhou's products has been falling down one by one. The adjustment of the tax rebate rate will help to alleviate this trend and further promote the economic growth of Wenzhou.
The adjustment to Wenzhou has a larger impact on the footwear industry, low-voltage appliances, smoking sets, bags, leather products, pesticides and chemical products. The export rebate rates of these products have increased by 1 to 2 points respectively. In particular, the footwear industry as a key export product of our city accounts for 23% of the total export products of our city, and the export tax rebate rate is increased by 2 percentage points. Only the industry can increase its profits by about 400 million yuan a year.
In addition, for low voltage electrical appliances in Yueqing, the tax rebate rate will increase by about 80 million yuan a year.
