Since 2007, more than a year ago, construction units have gone all out to do a good job in project construction, investment promotion, marketing, planning financing and daily affairs management. Through effective measures, efforts have been made to crack down on development difficulties in project construction, constantly sum up experience, continuously improve the quality and efficiency of development, and achieve good and fast development of projects.

At present, the main works of the market trading area have been completed, and the four districts of A, B, C and D have been passed or gradually entered the inspection and acceptance.

The construction of the first phase supporting roads, landscaping, sewage disposal and water and electricity matching in the shoe and clothing city is under intensive construction. Some supporting works such as roads, bridges and so on have been completed. They can be completed and put into operation before the end of the year.

By attracting directional investment, entrusting investment, direct investment, and so on, 107 enterprises of Zhejiang, Wenzhou leather and Shaoxing Keqiao garment fabrics have been collectively settled in Zhejiang. Quanzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Putian and other places have entered the more than 200 leading shoe materials operators, as well as more than 150 finished product operators from all over the country. Up to now, more than 640 shops have been sold.
