      礦石價(jià)格飛漲

      進(jìn)入12月，情況看起來略有好轉(zhuǎn)，主要表現(xiàn)在鋼材價(jià)格的大幅下跌之勢(shì)有所減緩，鐵礦石的價(jià)格也有所回升，鋼鐵生產(chǎn)大省河北的大中小鋼廠開始逐步恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)，而寶鋼最近也上調(diào)了明年2月份的鋼材價(jià)格。然而，業(yè)內(nèi)人士表示，這只不過是反彈，鋼鐵企業(yè)的苦日子還會(huì)持續(xù)。中國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)一邊要和經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)作斗爭(zhēng)，一邊還要受到國(guó)際社會(huì)的“反傾銷”大棒之苦。

      12月10日，印度商工部對(duì)中國(guó)等7國(guó)和地區(qū)的冷軋不銹鋼發(fā)起反傾銷調(diào)查，其目的很明確，在經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)之時(shí)，以此來保護(hù)國(guó)內(nèi)鋼鐵企業(yè)。與此同時(shí)，歐盟決定對(duì)從中國(guó)、俄羅斯、白俄羅斯進(jìn)口的焊管征收5年反傾銷稅，中國(guó)稅率高達(dá)90.6%，烏克蘭44.1%，白俄羅斯為38.1%，俄羅斯為20.5%。12月26日反傾銷稅率正式生效。

America's "anti-dumping" stick has never stopped for Chinese iron and steel enterprises.

In December 5th, the US Commerce Department ruled that the termination of the above anti-dumping duty order could lead to the continuation or reoccurrence of dumping.
