　　面對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，縫機企業(yè)不僅要看清不利因素的影響，更應(yīng)該洞悉有利因素的潛力，最關(guān)鍵的是要在這個挑戰(zhàn)與機遇并存的時期，樹立敢打必勝的信心.語有云：“逆水行舟，不進則退”。這句話不僅適用于順境，而且更適用于逆境，對于如今這樣受多重因素影響的行業(yè)調(diào)整期更加適用。

　　近一段時間，國際金融危機的影響不斷加深，包括我國在內(nèi)的世界各國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展都面臨著巨大困難和挑戰(zhàn)。在這樣的經(jīng)濟大背景下，企業(yè)和企業(yè)家以什么樣的心態(tài)應(yīng)對市場風云變幻和行業(yè)升級調(diào)整就顯得極為重要。不過，筆者認為，有一種比黃金、鉆石更為珍貴的東西值得我們堅守，這就是應(yīng)對困難時的信心。

But the industrial restructuring, pformation and upgrading under the financial crisis are equal to an opportunity to reshuffle the industry. It is like a "wave of the sand", and those big waves will always be those frivolous "silt".

The adjustment of industrial structure can take away those enterprises with poor internal quality, low quality and poor response measures. But for those enterprises with deep internal strength, scientific development and calm response, adversity can only make their competitiveness stronger. This is what I said, confidence can play a decisive role at a critical moment.

In terms of China's sewing machinery industry, the international financial crisis has led to the decline of global market demand, the decline in product prices and the shrinking of corporate profits. Many export enterprises of sewing machines have already fallen below the cost line, and there have been "zero profits" and "negative profits" products. Therefore, sewing machine enterprises, especially those sewing machine enterprises mainly based on export markets, have great pressure to operate.

But carefully investigating the current market sales situation, I found that most of these prices are mostly low-end sewing machine products with low technology content and low added value, while some high value-added, high technology, high tech, mechatronics products generally have a decline in market prices, and even individual products have gone against the trend.

Therefore, this industrial restructuring is a good opportunity to improve product mix, strengthen internal management, enhance R & D level of independent innovation, optimize sales channels, enhance service capabilities and quality.

In addition, we should also see that when the market prices of sewing equipment products are generally falling, the prices of raw materials such as ore and steel in the upstream are also falling, which is also an opportunity for us to reduce costs.

Therefore, in the face of industrial restructuring, as an enterprise, we should not only see the impact of unfavorable factors, but also understand the potential of favorable factors.

The key is to build confidence in winning the challenge and opportunity.

On the one hand, we should maintain sober judgement and ensure that we do not make any mistakes in the management strategy. Another important aspect is to accelerate the technological progress of enterprises, vigorously promote the adjustment of industrial structure, make products more responsive to market demand, constantly deepen the internal management of enterprises, minimize production costs, and effectively guarantee and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.

Only by doing so can China's sewing machine enterprises achieve strong and strong bones in the industrial adjustment period under the background of the international financial crisis, meet difficulties and develop scientifically and healthfully.
