Anti Dumping Investigation Of Peru'S Plain Weave Fabrics To China
In February 5, 2009, the Peru competition and intellectual property protection department dumping and subsidy investigation committee issued Resolution No. 2009-17. According to the application of Peru Tecnologia Textil limited, anti-dumping investigations were carried out on plain woven fabrics (tariff No. 52101100, 52102100, 52103100, 55121100, 55121900, 55131100, 55132100, 52081100, 52081200, 52082100, 52082100, 52082100, 52082100 and 52081200) originating in China.
涉案產(chǎn)品描述為：1. 本色、漂白或染色；2. 100%滌綸、100%棉、滌棉混紡50/50及棉大于50%。3. 幅寬小于1.80米。4. 重量在60～200克/平米。此決議已在官方報紙《秘魯人》上公布，利害關(guān)系方在其公布后6個月（可延長個月）內(nèi)提交相關(guān)評論和證據(jù)（使用西班牙語）。
