近日，鎮(zhèn)江市丹徒工商局查獲一起網(wǎng)絡銷售侵權商品的案件，這也是該市查處的首例此類案件。經(jīng)查，為從事“UGG牌雪地鞋的銷售，沈某未經(jīng)某戶外用品有限公司許可，在其網(wǎng)店上擅自使用“UGG注冊商標并加以宣傳。
After the identification of trademark owners, Shen's online sales of "UGG snow shoes" are counterfeit products. According to different models, Shen quoted a price of 50-180 yuan per pair on the Internet sale, which is obviously cheaper than the price of 900-1200 yuan of genuine snow shoes. As of the time of the incident, Shen has sold 85 pairs of snow shoes. The industry and commerce authorities sealed up the remaining 280 pairs of fake snow shoes.
