Pakistan Leather Industry Proposes New Export Tax Rebate Policy Disputes
The Pakistan leather garment manufacturers and Exporters Association (Plgmea) criticized and criticized the unilateral decision made by the Federal Tax Commission (FBR) on the export rebate rate of leather garments and leather products.
According to the new export tax rebate rate, the rebate rate of leather jacket dropped from 2.42% to 2.38%, and the refund rate of other leather products decreased from 1.56% to 1.54%. The Association believes that the rebate rate of the above two products should be raised to 4.63% and 4.50% respectively.
