In the national standard, GB/T3903.41-2008's "folding performance of the shoe side and lining test method" is mainly formulated by the Putian product quality supervision and Inspection Institute. This is the first national standard made by the Putian quality supervision system. It indicates that the quality supervision system of our city has taken a substantial step in the implementation of the technical standard strategy.

One of the main production areas and important export bases of class products, in 2008, the total production of footwear products in the city was over 4.6 billion pairs, with a total output value of 22 billion 130 million yuan, up 11.5% and 20.7% respectively.
