Suzhou Hongyu Printing And Dyeing Has Made Breakthroughs In The Field Of Energy Conservation And Environmental Protection
Due to the constraints of financial turmoil and other factors, the development of many textile and dyeing enterprises in Xiangcheng District has been affected to varying degrees. However, Suzhou Hongyu dyeing and Garment Co., Ltd. has found another way. Hongyu has achieved technological innovation in two aspects. The first is the production of the "no drainage dyeing" production line. According to the requirements of environmental protection departments for "upgrading and pollution reduction" of textile dyeing and printing enterprises, "Hongyu" took the initiative to increase investment and strengthen technical research. Finally, the dye was replaced by dyes to achieve "no drainage dyeing". Through technological innovation, zero discharge of dyeing wastewater has been achieved.
Another technical innovation of Hongyu is called "shielding and reuse technology of dyeing wastewater COD". Through this technology, the recycling rate of dyeing wastewater of Hongyu reached 80%, the treatment cost was only 1.05 yuan / ton, and the discharge of dyeing wastewater dropped from 7000 tons / day to 1500 tons / day. This technology enables enterprises to earn more than 200 yuan annually from recycled water.
Hongyu has increased investment in science and technology through independent innovation, which not only achieves energy saving and environmental protection, but also greatly improves economic efficiency. Its two technologies have been declared to be a national invention patent. This is a typical example of leapfrog development through scientific and technological innovation, and its experience will give great inspiration to the same industry.
