The four Taiwan delegations, including the Taiwan industry delegation led by Chen Tiehan, President of the Taiwan Knitting Industry Association, is a delegation of the Taiwan China clothing and Apparel Association headed by the director of the China clothing and Apparel Association of Taiwan. The delegation is led by Taiwan celebrity Ji Guodong.

As the mainland's only textile and clothing exhibition with the theme of cross-strait cooperation, "Haibo" has been successfully held for the eleven time so far.
