In March 30, 2009, the National Conference on the supervision of non cotton fiber quality was held in Chongqing. Deputy director general sun Hui Chun of the China Fiber Inspection Bureau and deputy director Li Zhaosheng of the National Cocoon wire office attended the meeting and made an important speech.

The meeting was held in the context of the gradual deepening and continuous spread of the international financial crisis. A total of more than 100 representatives from the non-cotton fiber inspection institutions and key enterprises from around the country focused on the theme of "how to serve the non cotton fiber quality supervision in the non cotton fiber industry and the local economic development in the main producing areas".

　　會(huì)議還對(duì)2009年非棉纖維質(zhì)量監(jiān)督工作做了全面部署。會(huì)議要求，各級(jí)非棉纖維監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)要突出非棉纖維質(zhì)量監(jiān)督工作的有效性，著力改進(jìn)和完善非棉纖維質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢查工作機(jī)制和工作方法，進(jìn)一步提升非棉纖維質(zhì)量監(jiān)督工作的規(guī)范性和執(zhí)行力，加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)，提高工作質(zhì)量，加大監(jiān)管力度，增強(qiáng)服務(wù)意識(shí)，推進(jìn)非棉纖維質(zhì)量整體水平的不斷提高，促進(jìn)非棉纖維產(chǎn)業(yè)平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展。桑蠶干繭公正檢驗(yàn)工作被列入全國(guó)非棉纖維質(zhì)量監(jiān)督的工作重點(diǎn)。
