According to "Vietnam Economic Times" reported on March 30th, the Vietnam Textile Association held a seminar on simplifying import and export administrative procedures in Hanoi in March 27th. The participating enterprises complained about the complicated import and export procedures and the opaque customs regulations, and called on the government to further simplify relevant operations, especially about contract registration; temporary import and quota registration; quota issues; commodity export; sampling; tax rebate credentials; write offs and tax rebates; so as to reduce costs and promote exports.
