"Textile upgrading, talent first".

A few days ago, as the largest textile industry base in the mainland, Shaoxing County Joint Zhejiang textile fabric design association and Zhejiang Modern Textile Industry Research Institute launched "Shaoxing textile fabric designer Salon" in Keqiao, the first batch of nearly 300 textile fabric designers participated in the event.

"We hope to create our own innovative talents through introducing, absorbing and training."

Wu Hanhua, director of the Personnel Bureau of Shaoxing County, said that if the industry wants to pform and upgrade, it must seize the technical commanding heights of the industry, and talent support is the magic weapon to break through the bottleneck. "The establishment of textile fabric designer salon is the construction of a platform, and the large-scale introduction of textile creative design talents and ideas will help to promote the cluster development of the textile creative industry."

During the event, the "expert advisory group" made up of famous fabric designers from famous universities, research institutes and trade associations at home and abroad, and real-time interaction with Sharon members were hired by Shaoxing County as an expert consultant.

In such a way, she commended: "it is the first time that I have seen a large-scale start-up of talents like Shaoxing."

Christina Bhusan, a German expert, praised the salon. "In Germany, there are few such behaviors, but it is necessary for China's current situation. This will make the pformation and upgrading of enterprises more active and produce more excellent products."

Wu Hanhua said, "our goal is to nurture 800 fabric design talents for the county textile enterprises in three years. Among them, senior designers account for 100, and truly make Keqiao a fertile land for design talents and a creative city for textile fabrics."
