According to Yang Zhibin, director of the industry bureau of the county, at present, the textile enterprises in the county show good momentum of production and sales, and the order of the scale enterprises increased by 30% in the first 2 months.

Before the outbreak of the financial crisis, most of the textile enterprises in the county were "big road goods". After the crisis, the textile enterprises' products were generally not well sold, and the efficiency declined greatly.

Faced with this situation, the county leaders have come to enterprises to help enterprises to study countermeasures.

Huacheng textile company invested 6 million yuan in May last year to upgrade the original production line, from spinning ordinary 21 yarn to spinning slub yarn, increasing production capacity by 30%, and increasing the efficiency of enterprises by more than 20%.

From the beginning of last March to the end of February this year, 19 large-scale textile enterprises have been technically reformed.

The new spinning process introduced by Huaqing textile has reduced the cost per ton of products by 100 yuan after the commissioning of the new technology, and the added value of the tonne product has increased by 3000 yuan per ton of products after the 15 enterprises have pformed the slub yarn production line.

Abundant textile has jumped to become the third largest sewing thread production base in China.
