During the annual examination, the procedures for changing employment agencies are suspended.

The labor and social security bureaus of various districts and counties are responsible for the preliminary examination of various employment agencies in their respective jurisdictions. Before January 10, 2004, the work of various employment agencies in their respective jurisdictions and the copies of the employment permit, the Beijing employment agency annual review form and the district employment agency summary sheet (floppy disk) are reported to the general management department of the Beijing Employment Service Center (Tel.: 63184544).

The annual examination should strengthen territorial management, give full play to the role of the supervision and inspection of the labor and social security departments in the township (township) departments, strictly examine whether the employment agencies meet the conditions established according to law and whether there are any violations of relevant laws and regulations, and investigate the implementation of the business development.

The employment agencies that fail to carry out the annual examination or fail the annual examination shall be disqualified according to law.
