After approval by the competent departments of the enterprises and the approval of the labor department at the same level, they shall apply to the opening bank of their own units to declare the formalities for opening the wage reserved households.

After approving the establishment of a wage reserve enterprise, the bank can pfer the sales proceeds to the household according to the entrustment of the enterprise, so as to ensure the basic living expenses of the employees.
