In accordance with the relevant provisions, the employing units shall conduct self inspection first, and the departments in charge of the employing units and the labor supervision organs at all levels, such as bureaus, general companies, and planned separate enterprises, shall respectively examine and identify the annual labor inspection status of the employing units.

     1、用人單位自檢。用人單位應(yīng)按照勞動(dòng)法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)章和年檢的內(nèi)容搞好自檢，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題主動(dòng)糾正。并如實(shí)填寫《勞動(dòng)年檢證書》。

     2、各局、總公司、計(jì)劃單列企業(yè)及其他用人單位主管部門，對(duì)用單位報(bào)撻的年檢資料進(jìn)行審核，并簽署意見。
