　　5、報價有效期，這個有的時候容易被忽略，一份報價需要告之客戶有效期是多長時間的，因為產(chǎn)品原材料，技術(shù)，職員工資，匯率，海運(yùn)費(fèi)，保險費(fèi)，國際局勢變動，國內(nèi)政策變化等都會影響到產(chǎn)品的成本，所以必須標(biāo)明有效期，沒有哪一種產(chǎn)品的價格是一成不變的。而且一般客戶對報價都會存檔，很可能出現(xiàn)半年以后，一年以后，或者更長時間客戶拿出當(dāng)初的價格來商談，這樣如果沒有當(dāng)初價格的有效期為約束的話很容易使我們陷入被動地位。另外還要指出報價的當(dāng)時時間。
