膠膜的烘干活化。當(dāng)經(jīng)過刷膠操作后，半成品鞋需直接進(jìn)入干燥通道進(jìn)行烘干與活化。其作用為可以加快膠黏劑中溶劑及水分揮發(fā)，縮短加工時(shí)間，提高膠粘質(zhì)量。

烘干活貨的程度一般為指觸法檢驗(yàn)，即用手指觸膜膠膜，感覺膠膜既略有黏感，又不再濕黏，即“八分干”時(shí)為宜。此法適用于氯丁膠，而樹脂膠則需干爽時(shí)，才合適。
