Declaration of imported goods

    報(bào)關(guān)單是由進(jìn)口商或其代理人（專(zhuān)業(yè)報(bào)關(guān)行）按照海關(guān)規(guī)定的格式和要求，根據(jù)進(jìn)口貨物的實(shí)際情況填寫(xiě)，用于向進(jìn)口地海關(guān)進(jìn)行申報(bào)的文件。進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān)單只有經(jīng)過(guò)海關(guān)簽章放行后，進(jìn)口商才能夠提取貨物。同時(shí)，進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān)單還是進(jìn)口商向國(guó)外支付貨款時(shí)需要使用的重要憑證。

Receipt of delay receipt

When importing an importer or his agent to declare the imported goods, if he exceeds the time limit prescribed by the customs, he shall pay the delayed payment.

Application for deregulation

After the import goods imported by the importer reach the time limit for supervision, they shall apply to the competent customs authorities for the lifting of the goods' regulatory status according to law.

Deregulation certificate

The Customs has accepted the importer's "deregulation application", certifying that the goods are in conformity with the relevant regulations for deregulation, and certifying the goods that have been released to the importer for deregulation.
