A. Commission

Commission (Commission) refers to the service remuneration paid by the seller or the buyer to the agent's paction or the introduction of the paction.

我國的外貿(mào)專業(yè)公司，在代理國內(nèi)企業(yè)進出口業(yè)務時，通常由雙方簽訂協(xié)議規(guī)定代理傭金比率，而對外報價時，傭金率不明示在價格中，這種傭金稱之為"暗傭"。如果在價格條款中，明確表示傭金多少，稱為"明傭"。在我國對外貿(mào)易中，主要出現(xiàn)在我國出口企業(yè)向國外中間商的報價中。

B. discount

折扣（Discount）是賣方在原價格的基礎上給予買方的一定比例的價格減讓。使用折扣方式減讓價格，而不直接降低報價，使賣方既保持了商品的價位，又明確表明了給予買方的某種優(yōu)惠，是一種促銷手段、如數(shù)量折扣、清倉折扣、新產(chǎn)品的促銷折扣等。比如每件20美元 CIF 紐約減5％折扣。賣方在開具發(fā)票時，應標明折扣，并在總價中將折扣減去。
