They should monitor the body temperature and the changes of their condition every day. Once the disease is detected, they should be pferred to a designated hospital in time for treatment.

Patients with influenza A (H1N1) who need hospitalization should be treated in designated hospitals.

Under the premise of meeting the needs of daily medical care and emergency treatment, a designated hospital was designated to receive influenza A (H1N1) cases.

The designated hospitals should meet the requirements of respiratory infectious diseases. If they do not have the conditions, we should improve and pform the corresponding facilities and facilities, so as to achieve the requirements of respiratory tract infectious diseases.

Strict implementation of hospital infection control requirements, in view of the three basic links of infectious source, pmission route and susceptible population, effectively carry out disinfection and isolation work, and implement personal protection for medical personnel to prevent cross infection in hospitals.

At the same time, special medical personnel, drivers and ambulance vehicles should be equipped to pport the cases of type a H1N1.

The Ministry of health requires that all localities should understand the reserves and mobilizing procedures of local medicines, vaccines, protective appliances and ventilators, grasp in detail the amount of medical resources that can be mobilized, and ensure the integrity and availability of reserve items. At the same time, we should scientifically calculate the gap between the existing medical resources and the medical resources needed during the pandemic influenza. If insufficient, we should apply for timely replenishment.

The Ministry of Health pointed out that the provincial and district level municipal health administrative departments should form a H1N1 influenza medical team, consisting of doctors, nurses and hospital infection control personnel.

Medical teams should be organized according to echelon formation, and should be adjusted according to the order of treatment.

At the same time, all localities should organize training for all medical staff to familiarise themselves with relevant prevention and control, diagnosis and treatment programs, disposal principles and work processes, and organize exercises such as vacant hospital evacuation, case diversion and hospital infection prevention and control, so as to ensure effective results.

The Ministry of health finally stressed that according to WHO analysis, the whole population is susceptible to influenza A (H1N1) virus. With the advent of autumn and winter in the northern hemisphere, the risk of pandemic influenza a H1N1 influenza has increased significantly, which may bring great harm to population health and economic and social development.
