The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Since February 5, 2010, the import of spandex has been declared as the name of the manufacturer by the name of Toray Opelontex Co. (Ltd.) of Japan. The Customs has imposed anti-dumping duties on the basis of the anti-dumping duty rate of 12.87%. The import of spandex has been declared by the name of the Japanese OPELONTEX company (OPELONTEX Co., Ltd.) as the name of the manufacturer, and the Customs has imposed anti-dumping duties on the basis of the anti-dumping duty rate of 61% of the "other Japanese companies", which is 61% Opelontex.
