測(cè)量腳型，應(yīng)采取站立的姿態(tài)為最佳。因?yàn)檎玖顟B(tài)的腳處于負(fù)重狀態(tài)，腳的基本作用是使人能站立和行走，穿鞋從根本說(shuō)來(lái)，也是為了更有效的有助于行走。因此，靜坐姿勢(shì)的腳型不能完整地反映出腳的負(fù)重常態(tài)，所以一般不應(yīng)采用靜坐的姿勢(shì)來(lái)測(cè)量腳型。為了準(zhǔn)確地掌握腳型，必須赤腳測(cè)量。 

    1.腳型測(cè)量部位 

The foot type measuring part is divided into 16 measuring points, including 6 girth points, 9 Height points, 1 straight lengths, and 1 back foot contour lines.

(1) 6 girth points

(1) the circumference of the metatarsophalangeal is the most prominent point of the first metatarsophalangeal joint.

(2) the length of the anterior tarsal bone circumference is measured around the cuneiform point, the fifth metatarsal tuberosity and the fovea of the foot.

(3) the bending point of the boat and the heel length of the heel were measured at the foot of the heel by foot bending.

4. The measurement of the circumference of the wrist is carried out at the finest point on the top of the external ankle prominence.

(5) the length of the calf girth is measured at the most critical point (the thickest) of the calf leg.

The lower knee length was measured around the lower edge of the most prominent point of the fibula.

(2) 9 Height points

(1) below knee height from the lower knee length to the foot of the straight line distance.

2. The height of the calf is straight from the long part of the leg to the sole of the foot.

3. The height of the wrist is straight from the long part of the wrist to the sole of the foot.

(4) the height of the lateral malleolus is straight from the lower edge of the ankle point to the sole of the foot.

5. The height of heel point is straight from the heel prominence to the sole of the foot.

6. The height of the bending point of the boat is straight from the foot bend (the distance from the talus to the tibia to the sole of the foot).

The height of the first point of the tarsal bone is straight from the cuneiform point to the sole of the foot.

The height of the first metatarsophalangeal point is the shortest distance from the highest position of the first metatarsophalangeal joint to the sole of the foot.

The maximum thickness of the front of the thumb is measured.

(3) 1 straight lengths

The 1 straight length is the length of the foot (straight foot length), the most straight line from the top of the toe to the heel.

(4) the contour lines of 1 feet.

The outline of the 1 foot is the outline of the foot.

Use rubber film to stretch flat on the wooden frame, smear with ink oil, and then cover the blank drawings, lightly nibble up and not move, then use bamboo double teeth straight stroke to follow the outline of the foot vertically, and draw the outline of the foot shape, and get the complete footprints.

Through the sequential measurement of the above special parts, the basic characteristics of the whole foot shape and the data of each department can be obtained, which provides a reliable basis for the design of all kinds of shoes and shoe last designs.

    2.腳型測(cè)量部位和計(jì)算方法 

After the foot type has been accurately measured, we have obtained scientific data. We can make use of the footprints already obtained and carry out scientific analysis. We can find out the length and width of the feet and the basis of footprints and contour margins.

Mastering the rule of foot type is not only an important basis for shoemaking, but also an important basis for designing and formulating shoes and models.
