據(jù)南通檢驗檢疫局統(tǒng)計，今年一季度，南通地區(qū)出口服裝退運僅1批、6790件、0.65萬美元；而去年同期，出口服裝退運共計5批、56169件，金額達9.89萬美元；今年較去年同比分別下降80%、87.91%和93.43%，出口服裝質(zhì)量顯著提升。
