第四屆海峽兩岸大學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)鞋設(shè)計(jì)大賽決賽于4月18日下午舉行，經(jīng)過評(píng)委一致認(rèn)定，獲獎(jiǎng)名單18日晚出爐，來自天津科技大學(xué)顏巖設(shè)計(jì)的作品獲得學(xué)生組金獎(jiǎng)，河北廊坊師范學(xué)院的周世杰奪得社會(huì)組金獎(jiǎng)，另有5件作品分獲銀、銅獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。此外，臺(tái)灣長庚工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)研究所洪健翔等三人共同創(chuàng)作的作品《無雙》與其他18件作品一起獲得了優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)。     

The competition was jointly sponsored by the China (Jinjiang) International Footwear Expo Organizing Committee, the China Leather Association and the Taiwan footwear industry association. Since its inception in March 6th, it has received 548 submissions from universities and professionals from across the Taiwan Strait and Macao, including more than 50 entries from Taiwan, 10% of the total entries.

Wei Yafei, director of the footwear association of the China Leather Association, who has served as the judges of the cross strait sports shoes design competition for three consecutive years, said that this year's participants are more mature in their performance. Most of the participants can skillfully use the work structure chart. Many participants have unique insights into the functions and materials of the works, which is worth learning by enterprises.

Dr. Wang Hongxiang, from the Department of industrial design of Taipei University of science and technology, was the first judge of the competition. He commended the professionalism of the entries. He said that most mainland students were willing to conduct in-depth research on sports shoes and even football shoes. They were able to use all kinds of design tools well, and at the same time, they could consider the actual use needs in the design of their works. While the students in Taiwan were more bold in designing their works, they paid more attention to new ideas and creativity, which was also related to the current industrial environment and trends in mainland China and Taiwan.

Because the mainland's industrial design, such as the shoe industry's demand for talents, we hope that students will be able to skillfully use relevant knowledge and technology when entering the industry. Therefore, the mainland's design department's teaching is more closely related to the manufacturing end, and is familiar with the practical links such as materials and production, while the students of Taiwan design department prefer the overall planning of products and the concept of new products, because the Taiwan manufacturing industry who is away from the OEM stage and the sports shoes industry needs to accurately analyze the market opportunities, and make active proposals to enhance the product concept to win the market.

Dr. Wang Hongxiang also made recommendations for the competition. He hoped to expand the window in Taiwan colleges and universities and encourage more students from Taiwan to participate in the competition so that more and more cross-strait students could learn from each other.
