From the "two integration of textile and garment industry (information and industrialization) forum", we have learned that since the integration of the two technologies, our enterprises have only accounted for about 10% of the two applications of integration and application, accounting for 18% of the total applications.

It is reported that as the first national two fusion pilot area, the integration of our two cities is at the forefront of the whole country.

In 2009, according to the characteristics of industrial clusters and brand cities, the city took the lead in implementing two fusion projects in six major industries, namely, household electronics, textile and clothing, chemical and petrochemical, food and beverage, motor vehicle ships, machinery and steel, and launched 20 two integration demonstration projects.

The leader of the red collar group said that as a representative of the textile and garment industry, the red collar group realized the mass customization service of the clothing industry through the application of information technology, and the profit of the enterprise increased by 17.5% in 2009.

It is reported that in the past three years, the red collar group has invested 50 million yuan for information construction, including the establishment of a service MTM e-commerce platform.

Through the implementation of logistics and customer relationship management system projects, the red collar group has established 500 million databases of suits.

It only takes a week on average, and a suit can be completed from the next order to production, distribution, door-to-door and other processes.

At the same time, the red collar group exports a suit of profits to hundreds of dollars, dozens of times for other export suits.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Commission, the city will continue to integrate two major industries in the seven key industries, including household appliances, electronics, textiles and clothing, chemical and petrochemical, food and beverage, motor vehicles, machinery and steel, shipbuilding and marine engineering, and four new industries, including new energy, new materials, biomedicine, energy saving and environmental protection. It will focus on product development and design, production process control, enterprise management, supply chain and marketing, etc., and carry out the construction of two fusion experimental zones at three levels of enterprises, industries and regions.

The two fusion forum of textile and garment industry has attracted the leaders of the Municipal Industrial and information administration departments of the Municipal Commission for letters and commissions and municipal districts and municipalities, and more than 180 participants, including tertiary institutions, information intermediaries and service providers.

The purpose of this forum is to further promote the integration of two aspects of textile and garment industry in our city and improve the overall core competitiveness and market share of the textile and garment industry.
