近日，由蓮都區(qū)牽頭編制的《麗水市羽絨與服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群轉(zhuǎn)型升級實施方案》通過專家評審。

The plan proposes that by the end of 2015, the total output value of Lishui's down and garment industry will reach more than 2 billion yuan, with an average annual growth rate of over 15%, so as to realize the pformation and upgrading of industrial clusters and create "China's famous brand down and garment production base".

Down and garment industry, as a traditional industry in Lishui, has developed rapidly in recent years, and basically formed the industrial layout dominated by Liandu district. A number of leading backbone enterprises with a certain scale and influence occupy a certain position in the down and garment market at home and abroad.

However, from the perspective of development, there are still some problems in the down and garment industry, such as low degree of intensification, small overall size, weak industrial supporting capability and lack of high-end talents.

The implementation plan puts forward that we should accelerate the pformation from block economy to modern industrial cluster through pformation and upgrading, and further enhance industrial competitiveness.

Its main task and practice is to implement the "3194" project. "3" is to focus on upgrading a number of leading enterprises, actively cultivating a number of supporting enterprises and backbone enterprises, and gradually introducing a group of "superior three" enterprises. The "1" plan is to build "an industrial park" and "9", namely, the "nine key projects" and "4" that are implemented at the enterprise level, that is, the "four great centers" for the implementation of the construction.

In line with the government's plan, in order to cope with the challenge of the new round of market upgrading, leading enterprises in the down industry of our city have planned to carry out technical pformation and expansion projects, such as Eral's investment of 30 million yuan to pform the logistics center, invest in 1 million sets of Eral dress construction projects annually, the feathered goose mounted 600 tons of feather and down technical pformation project, Pete's new annual production of 1 million pieces of casual wear, 1 million 500 thousand sets of bedding items and technical pformation projects, and the implementation of 1 million sets of slow sports leisure series clothing projects of red top clothing.
