在近日舉行的毛衫綠色后整理聯盟標準推廣實施活動中，來自浙江濮院鎮(zhèn)當地和周邊的20家毛衫生產、染整企業(yè)負責人鄭重地在簽約牌上簽下自己的名字，主動承擔起毛衫產業(yè)“綠色使者”的職責，此舉也標志著毛衫綠色后整理聯盟標準的正式實施。

In order to break through these restricting factors, during the last year, during the Mao Expo, the standard project of sweater green finishing alliance was officially launched in Pu Yuan. With the proposal of "innovative sweater finishing process", which was put forward by Zhejiang's Spartan textile chemical Limited by Share Ltd, as an opportunity to develop a green finishing Union standard and improve the quality level of woolen sweaters, through the innovation of dyeing and finishing process, the color fastness and anti pilling performance of sweaters were improved, the quality of products was improved, and the energy saving and emission reduction of sweater finishing industry was promoted.

The project is listed in the standardization project of lump industry in Zhejiang province.

20 local sweater manufacturers and dyeing and finishing enterprises have become the first Union standard members.

According to the standard main drafters and the deputy general manager of production technology of finch screen company, Xu Haijun introduced, before, Pu Yuan sweater after finishing process is generally used in the process of chemical scaling production technology, the industrial cost is lighter, but the pollution is serious.

The Union standard adopts the bio enzyme technology developed by the company. The content of BOD and COD in the production wastewater can be reduced by more than 50% compared with the traditional finishing process, and the consumption of electricity and water is also greatly reduced, which is conducive to the ecological construction and energy saving and emission reduction of the Park.

Moreover, the new technology has better solved the common fault of poor color fastness and low pilling ability of Pu's sweater.

It is understood that, in order to achieve energy saving and emission reduction and improve product quality, the implementation of the alliance standard has greatly improved the added value of sweater products, while gaining market recognition, it has also brought better benefits for the production enterprises.
