明水縣許多農(nóng)民不再單獨(dú)外出務(wù)工，而是向“多工種組合”的方式轉(zhuǎn)變。打工者自主搭配各技術(shù)工序人員，抱團(tuán)集體找工作，受到用工企業(yè)的歡迎。目前，抱團(tuán)打工涉及服裝裁剪、機(jī)械加工、室內(nèi)外裝潢、建筑業(yè)等10多個(gè)領(lǐng)域，打工團(tuán)體發(fā)展到180多個(gè)。
