根據(jù)廠家舉報(bào)，市工商局經(jīng)檢支隊(duì)在位于祥賓路的一家專賣店內(nèi)，查獲涉嫌侵犯他人注冊(cè)商標(biāo)專用權(quán)的男士休閑鞋134雙，案值約25萬(wàn)元。

There is no Chinese logo on the carton packaging of these shoes, nor does it indicate the name, site and place of production of the shoes.

For those shoes suspected of infringing upon the exclusive rights of registered trademarks, the law enforcement officers of industry and Commerce have temporarily withheld them and filed the cases for further investigation and treatment.

In the case of infringement on the exclusive right to use registered trademarks, the commercial and industrial departments will strictly investigate and punish them in accordance with the provisions of the trademark law, and find that the lawful rights and interests of trademark registrants should be protected to the maximum extent.
