In order to meet the needs of users, Daqing Petrochemical Co acrylic fiber plant recently carried out small batch production of flat fiber on the pilot plant.

This batch production not only completed the production task of 500 kg and 3.33 points special flat fiber, but also carried out a variety of flat fiber parameter optimization experiments.

Judging from this batch production and parameter optimization, the expected purpose and effect have been achieved.

This small batch production is the first drive for the pilot plant of the plant this year.

To prevent the process and equipment problems of the pilot plant due to the long shutdown time and ensure the success of the first drive, the workshop is trying to achieve "six advance": first, carry out a unified trial operation of all the equipment in the original fluid and spinning system in advance, deal with the problems in a timely manner; two, guarantee the production of small batch production in advance; three, advance the defoaming and filtration refining treatment of the raw materials, guarantee the quality of raw materials; four, divide the production teams in advance; five, select the best troops to participate in the mass production ahead of schedule; six, arrange the shift work in advance, arrange the shift forms and shift orders in advance.
