Project progress

The cooperative zone invested 300 million yuan in infrastructure construction and settled in 17 domestic enterprises, forming an industrial cluster dominated by wood processing and footwear production, building 28 production lines of shoes, producing 20 million pairs of shoes in a year, and 700 million yuan in fixed assets and current assets of enterprises entering the region.

In just three years, from a contracted project to an investment of 300 million yuan in infrastructure construction and a sales income of $102 million, the Sino Russian usurusk economic and trade cooperation zone has gone out of a brilliant road extending from Harbin Fair.

In June 2006, at the seventeenth Kazakhstan meeting, the Zhejiang Kangnai group, the Dongning Jixin group, the Dongning county government and the Russian usurusk government signed a formal contract to build the Sino Russian usurusk economic and trade cooperation zone project, and began a difficult and pleasant construction process of the cooperation zone.

Over the past few years, the cooperation zone has invested 300 million yuan in infrastructure construction and settled in 17 domestic enterprises. It has formed an industrial cluster mainly composed of wood processing and footwear production, and has built 28 production lines for shoes. It can produce 20 million pairs of shoes annually, and the fixed assets and current assets of enterprises in the region reach 700 million yuan.

In 2009, the enterprises in the region reached a sales income of 102 million US dollars, and became the first large taxpayer in Rees, Russia.

The realization of export trade is worth US $76 million, pulling the import and export trade of Dongning County by 6.33%, making Dongning the lowest port of trade between Longjiang and Russia.

The cooperation zone has passed the quality acceptance of the China International Consulting Company appointed by the Ministry of Commerce, and has become one of the four eligible in the eight successful bid cooperation zones.

As a platform for Chinese enterprises to go abroad supported by the state, the Sino Russian usurusk economic and trade cooperation zone has provided nanny services for SMEs, so that they have overcome the situation of single fight and the group has gone out of the country.

In recent years, Russia has continuously intensified its efforts to crack down on "grey customs clearance". The cooperation zone has adopted a pnational processing chain mode, producing semi manufactured goods in China, assembling products in Russia, grafting the price advantage of Chinese labor and manufacturing in Russia, opening up a "green channel" for China's technology, labor and commodities to enter Russia, completing the magnificent turn from "made in China" to "made in Russia".

The rapid development of the Sino Russian usurusk economic and trade cooperation zone covers an area of 2.28 square kilometers and a building area of 1 million 160 thousand square meters, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan, attracting 60 domestic enterprises to enter the park, focusing on footwear, textile, wood, building materials, household appliances, leather, daily general merchandise, automobile assembly and other industries.

Recently, a clothing company in Beijing officially settled in the usurusk economic and trade cooperation zone, becoming the first garment making enterprise in the cooperative zone, marking the expansion of the new cross-border processing area between China and Russia, and the cooperation zone has opened up a new journey.
