Otherwise, the organizer has the right to choose immediately to continue supplying the goods within the contract period or to claim damages of RMB 150 million yuan.

The provider may, in any case, consider that the organizer violates the agreement, and may resolve it through consultation or otherwise, but shall not violate this provision.

Such a clause may not appear among two equal subjects in business negotiations, but it can effectively guarantee the smooth development of volunteer organization.

It is gratifying that after many consultations and negotiations, the partners finally agreed to this agreement.

At the time of the opening of World Expo, all volunteers' clothing was basically in place, including 130 thousand volunteers clothing on the airport, hotels, commercial outlets, tourist attractions, catering accommodation, cultural activities venues and important pport hub areas.
