The Pakistan Embassy in Jakarta is planning to hold the Pakistan Carpet Exhibition for the first time in Indonesia.

This exhibition will display the high-grade carpet in Pakistan to attract consumers in Indonesia, triggering the attention of senior government function organizations, a large number of overseas immigrants and diplomatic organizations to Pakistan carpets.

The major distributors in Pakistan recently held a meeting to discuss the necessary arrangements for organizing the exhibition, which was hosted by Sanou Lage, Ambassador of Pakistan to Jakarta.

The exhibition will be held in the next two months, which will prove to be an ideal platform for Pakistan carpet dealers to expand their market and promote their product sales in Indonesia, Sanou Lage said.

Ambassador Sanou Lage once again said that these carpets describe the culture and lifestyle of Pakistan, and the design and color will give Indonesia weavers an idea. Through this exhibition, Indonesia and other foreigners can have an in-depth understanding of Pakistan's history and culture.

Carpet dealers in Pakistan have dominated the carpet business in Jakarta.

These distributors have extended to places outside Jakarta.

Pakistan's hand woven carpet has a good demand in Indonesia, because they have excellent design and fine weaving, followed by Iran carpet, and Iran carpets also have good demand in Indonesia.
