In May 28, 2010, the company received the certificate of registration of securities pfer issued by Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen West Spring Pan East Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "West Spring") was granted the 38822567 shares of the company's first largest shareholder, Han Bo (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Han Bo"), and the registration procedure was completed in May 27, 2010.

For details of the pfer of shares, refer to the relevant notice issued by the board of directors of China clothing Limited by Share Ltd on the pfer of shares of listed companies by the controlling board of shareholders of China's clothing Limited by Share Ltd, and the China Hi-Tech Group Corporation's prompt notice on the change of China's clothing Limited by Share Ltd equity in April 20, 2010, which is published in the China Securities Journal, the securities times, the Shanghai Securities Journal and the giant tide information network.

After the completion of this share pfer, Xi Quan holds 38822567 shares of the company, accounting for 15.05% of the total share capital of the company, and is the second largest shareholder of the company. Han Bo owns 25970669 shares of the company, accounting for 10.07% of the total share capital of the company, and is the third largest shareholder of the company. The company's second largest shareholder China Hi-Tech Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Heng Tian") owns 49606857 shares of the company, accounting for 19.23% of the total share capital of the company, becoming the largest shareholder of the company.

In addition, the 38822567 shares of the Han Pak pfer were detained to Heng Tian and Heng Tian, which had lifted the pledge of the 38822567 shares. The remaining 25970669 shares of the company's shares held by Han Bo company were still pledged to Heng Tian. The pledge period has been applied to the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. for the lifting of the pledge registration since June 30, 2009.
