According to the direction of wastewater discharge from textile dyeing and finishing enterprises, the maximum allowable discharge concentration and displacement of water pollutants in textile dyeing and finishing industry are stipulated in this standard.
This standard applies to textile dyeing and finishing.

The discharge management, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance of the construction project and the discharge management after completion.
This standard does not apply to wool washing, hemp degumming, cocoon cooking and so on.
