Vietnamese Government'S Regulations On Azo Dyes And Formaldehyde In Textiles
The Circular32/2009/TT-BCT1 regulations on textiles issued by the Vietnamese government were signed in November 5, 2009 and came into effect in December 20, 2009.
The regulation is limited to Vietnam.

The content of formaldehyde and aromatic amines in textiles produced and imported into Vietnam and Vietnam markets.
But export products are not included in this restriction.
The regulations exempted the following items:
Fabric used in the construction industry;
The automobile and tire industry and Bri used in motorcycles;
Special requirements for fireproof clothing;
Other special requirements of industrial canvas products;
Imports of processed products for export?

It refers to all types of underwear, diapers, hats, towels, socks and gloves, and the fabric used for making such products.
The fabrics that directly contact the skin are underwear, hat, gloves, socks, handkerchiefs, towels, headscarves, shirts, skirts, trousers, sheets, etc., and the fabric used for making such products.
Textiles that do not directly contact the skin refer to long coats, sweaters, curtains, cushion covers, interior fabrics, such as pillows, blankets, etc., and fiber fabrics used for the production of such products.
