廣州市質(zhì)監(jiān)局開展食品、玩具商品條碼(3C認證)及商品定量包裝計量專項執(zhí)法檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)吉之島廣州東站店有一食品定量包裝檢測不合格，涉嫌缺斤短兩約兩成，該食品已被要求下架并抽樣送檢。

After inspection, the qualified rate of physical products was 69.7%, which was 24.2% higher than that in 2009. The unqualified items were mainly fiber content and pH value. Only one batch of products had formaldehyde exceeding the standard, and no azo dyes were found to exceed the standard.

Guangzhou Quality Supervision Bureau responsible person said, at present, the quality of children's clothing has been improved, toxic and harmful substances exceeding standard phenomenon has been effectively solved, but there are still problems such as unstable product quality, low qualified rate and so on.

The reasons are: first, the threshold of entry is low, the production enterprises are mainly small and medium enterprises, and the quality consciousness of enterprises is not strong. They do not understand and pay no attention to the relevant national product standards. Most enterprises do not have the quality control capability, and are unwilling to increase the cost to send the raw materials and products to the normal inspection institutions for testing, resulting in the product quality can not be controlled. Two, some enterprises in order to reduce costs and purchase cheap, poor quality surface accessories, and reduce the quality of products.

In this regard, the City Quality Supervision Bureau will further implement the "inspection, governance, management, support and construction" five measures to improve the quality of the industry.
