YOUNGOR announced in the evening that the wholly owned subsidiary of YOUNGOR and YOUNGOR's clothing holding building were included in the scope of rail pit supporting facilities and land reconstruction projects.

With regard to the demolition, the real estate holding company and clothing holding company recently signed the "monetary compensation agreement for non residential housing demolition" with the Ningbo rail pit construction headquarters and Ningbo Jiangdong District housing demolition office.

According to the agreement, the total amount of compensation that the real estate holding company and the clothing holding company were dismantled, such as housing, land, decoration, one-time economic compensation, and advance relocation award fee, were 250 million yuan, of which 120 million yuan was paid within seven working days from the date of the effective date of the agreement, which will be incorporated into the company's first half year's business income in 2010. The remaining 130871462 yuan will be paid for seven working days after the completion of the relocation and acceptance.

The nominal value of the building is 12 million yuan, compared with the compensation for demolition.
