Junlian Consumer Council Conceded Consumer Disputes On Leather Shoes Peeling
Recently, the Junlian County Consumer Council's inspection division successfully mediate a consumer dispute caused by leather shoes peeling, and the dealer returned the consumer's purchase of shoes 70 yuan.
In April 20th, Ms. Luo, a consumer in Junlian Town, bought a pair of ladies' leather shoes at 100 yuan in the town's farmers' market. Only one month after wearing them, leather shoes appeared peeling. Then the shopkeeper was asked to replace them, and to ensure that shoes would not be peeled again or to refund the purchase of shoes for 80 yuan.
Shop owner Lei Mou only promised to be changed, did not agree to refund the purchase of shoes, and can not guarantee that the leather shoes do not wear peeling phenomenon for a long time.
Because the two sides could not reach an unanimous agreement, Ms. Luo complained to the Junlian Consumer Association's inspection division.
The staff of the XXX branch immediately investigated and summoned the two parties to mediate.
Repeated work by staff finally resulted in an agreement between the two sides.
